Sophomore studio album, released on September 2, 2016. Seen by Travis as a stepping-stone between 'Rodeo' and 'Astroworld', the latter of which he announced before this project had even been released. Tentatively titled 'Tina' for a little while, until Quavo's "Pick Up the Phone" verse inspired the final title.
OG Filename: A Team_New RUff Near-dentical to the final release, with a rougher mix. Leaked September 27, 2022.
Released on September 2, 2016. Track 1 from 'Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight'.
Leftover from 'Birds' according to a tentative tracklist; it was indirectly mentioned in an early July, 2016 interview by Kamaiyah. Seemingly scrapped very late as Travis said on July 18 and August 12 that Kamaiyah was meant to be on the album. Sold by Music Mafia and leaked October 8, 2018; Kamaiyah then dropped a different version (new verse and no Mustard tag) two days later in response to the leak.
Released on September 2, 2016. Track 2 from 'Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight'. Features additional vocals from Kid Cudi and Swizz Beatz.
Version teased on June 22, 2016, the day that Travis recorded on it. Features an early mix, and may feature NAV's early take unless he had already re-recorded his verse. Titled "She Wants More" at the time.
Released on September 2, 2016. Track 3 from 'Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight'.
OG Filename: Dont forget beat and idea_ruff 1 Unfinished throwaway from February 2016. Leaked July 11, 2022.
Released on September 2, 2016. Track 4 from 'Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight'. Contains a portion of Kid Cudi's "Day 'N Nite".
Released on September 2, 2016. Track 5 from 'Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight'.
OG Filename: blame 2_ruff Version with more reverb. Put up for auction by Music Mafia on July 17, 2018. Leaked June 13, 2019.
Rough version that can be heard very briefly in the 'La Flame' mini documentary. Sounds as though the vocal effects are different before the hook, but it's difficult to make it out. Possibly solo.
Released on September 2, 2016. Track 6 from 'Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight'. Features vocals from Cassie. Samples Washed Out's "You And I".
OG Filename: Travis Scott - 3_28_16 Coordinate (Rock Star Skinys) Almost complete version that sounds horrendously unmixed, and also has TM88's tag. Dated March 28, 2016.
Released on September 2, 2016. Track 7 from 'Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight'.
OG Filename: coordinate mike dean mix 2 Near-final mix, dated August 20-29, 2016. Leaked January 10, 2024.
Released on September 2, 2016. Track 8 from 'Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight'.
Very rough version previewed sometime in late 2015 (December 30 is the furthest I can trace it (and that source is now gone), but it was most likely posted a few days earlier).
Released on September 2, 2016. Track 9 from 'Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight'. The beat was also given to PARTYNEXTDOOR x Jeremih, Rihanna, Drake, Schoolboy Q, Future, and Young Thug.
Released on September 2, 2016. Track 10 from 'Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight'.
Previewed by James Harden on January 16, 2017, and Travis later played it on Snapchat in May 2017, though it was likely recorded around 'ANTI' sessions sometime in late 2015 to early 2016 based on the Rook Monroe feature. Multiple high-quality snippets leaked over the course of 2017, until an edited version with an extra chorus (~3:20) was eventually leaked by Music Mafia on December 25, 2017 (the real, unedited version (~2:49) has since been made available). Rook Monroe is primarily a writer and was possibly laying down a reference verse. Possibly one of the first 2016 'Astroworld' considerations.
