Unheard TPAB-era song confirmed to exist by Chantal. Made right after her addition to "Pay For It" by Jay Rock. First mentioned in an interview to Q with Tom Power aired on June 15, 2016, where she describes the song as a "very beautiful romantic jazzy thing that he [Kendrick] heard it and flipped it into a very political thing". The track was also said by her to have been originally followed by a movie-like script. Later in March 2023, on an article by Complex Canada, Chantal revealed that "Happy For You" was massively centered around Trayvon Martin murder, and that was supposed to be the track performed live on SNL in November 2014 instead of "Pay For It" before being cut at the very last minute.
