OG Filename: What U Need Vox Demo Studio acapella uploaded on Zodiac’s SoundCloud as "What U Need Vox Demo" on Dec. 15, 2015, but was deleted shortly after. OG file leaked by ab00ve on LEAKED.IS on April 23, 2021. Seems to be from the first recording session of the song. It features one additional cut-off ad-lib at the end, and lacks a couple of other ad-libs.

Song made in the Trilogy Era, features mumbling and is unknown who produced it. Leaked alongside the other Trilogy demos in December 2016. May not be from HOB, but that is speculated. Some ad-libs are similar to those used on the second half of "Loft Music" so it could be a demo of it.

The first official release under the name "The Weeknd". Uploaded to the YouTube channel "xoxxxoooxo" on Feburary 24th, 2011 and re-released to streaming services on March 21st, 2021 for the 10th anniversary of 'House of Balloons' as track 2. Samples 'Rock The Boat' by Aaliyah.

Made in 2010 and unknown production credits, samples "Sorry" by Onra. It was confirmed by Abel in 2011 that the song file was lost. The video was filmed in June 2010.

Intended for HOB and made in 2010, this song was given away to Drake for his sophomore album "Take Care". We first learnt about this in Abel's Complex interview. A fake AI generateed Snippet surfaced on January 19th, 2023, segments of the actual track have yet to be heard. Likely produced by Rainer Millar Blanchaer.

Technically officially released in Nov. of 2010 as part of the "Inside The Dangerously Empty Lives of Teenage Girls" EP, this OG version is only 2 and a half minutes instead of 6. Outro is completely different, also sounds like it has a muddier mix.

Everything here is the same as the version on Drake's album except for the original second verse by Abel, as well as an instrumental outro. Leaked in December 2016.
