There are several pieces of evidence to suggest that Remind Me (Intro) was made during the Relapse/Relapse 2 sessions. It is produced by Dre (his first production for Em since Recovery and his only production credit on Revival), it was mixed at Encore Studios, it has credits from Relapse era crew-members, etc. If this is true, it's likely this was part of a larger song. Additionally, Em said that Dre didn't get involved with Revival until he was done recording, which could give credence to the idea that this track was potentially taken from the vault.
