This Refund Policy explains the terms under which AITrackerHive handles payments, cancellations, and refund requests. By purchasing a subscription or credit pack on AITrackerHive, you acknowledge and agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

General Policy

All payments made on AITrackerHive are processed through our authorized payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. Once a payment is completed, the following rules apply:

  • Subscription fees (monthly and yearly plans) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
  • One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been delivered to your account.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods or unused credits.
  • All products offered by AITrackerHive are digital services delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.

Subscription Plans

Our Fan, Superfan, and Creator plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly.

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund of the current billing period.
  • After cancellation, you retain full access to your plan benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

One-Time Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases that add a fixed amount of credits to your account balance.

  • Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits are added to your account.
  • Credits are delivered instantly after successful payment and are immediately usable.
  • Purchased credits follow the expiration rules described in our Terms of Service and pricing page.
  • Credits are tied to the purchasing account and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

Special Circumstances

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional situations:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our side.
  • Unauthorized transactions reported within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Extended service outages that prevented you from using a feature you paid for.
  • Billing errors such as being charged for a plan you did not subscribe to.
To request a refund for a special circumstance, please contact us by email with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.

How to Request a Refund

For exceptional cases described above, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to support@aitrackerhive.com from the email address associated with your AITrackerHive account.
  • Use the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]".
  • Include your order ID, the date of purchase, the amount, and the reason for your refund request.
  • Attach any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages) if applicable.

Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, please allow the following processing time:

  • We will review and respond to your request within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
  • The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method. Additional time may be required by your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund on your statement.
  • Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we kindly ask you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.

  • Contacting us directly is usually the fastest way to resolve billing disputes.
  • Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
  • We cooperate with payment providers and banks to investigate all disputes in good faith.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of AITrackerHive after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
