This version is said to have a different developed instrumental and most of the same lyrics from the next two versions but Tyler freestyles the whole thing instead. There are no other differences known as of right now.

The song "Income" was originally shown by Shogani on a Discord voice chat call with a snippet leaking from that one hour voice chat recording. Later on, a tagged snippet surfaced on a lost date, then a longer one leaked alot later on also on a lost date. Eventually the song leaked in full randomly alongside "Gurl" on May 31st, 2023 with the song featuring an open verse.

Rocky mumbles a bit towards the end of his verse and Tyler has lines saying that he doesn't like the beat he's rapping on. Samples "Girl" by Destiny's Child and contains an open verse towards the end of the song. Snippet for the song leaked on May 7th, 2022 after being found randomly on dbree.org. The song was later leaked in full randomly on May 31st, 2023 along with "Income".

There were two snippets that leaked on lost dates with another snippet of the song leaking later on August 9th, 2022 with two more leaking on June 10th, 2024 in a mass Tyler, The Creator leak. This version of the song is said to predate the supposed finished version with Rocky vocals.

OG Filename: Jinggling _ ELS 6.7.17 Rough throwaway track titled "Jingling" formerly known as "Jingelin" that starts off with an intro sample from an iconic Bernie Mac comedy set from Def Comedy Jam season one episode three that aired on July 15th, 1992 where Bernie states "I ain't scared of you motherfuckers", and so on. The instrumental of the song then samples the song "Friend of Mine" by The Notorious B.I.G. and the vocal performances on the track from Rocky and Tyler, The Creator features a good amount of mumble lyrics. The song was leaked in its entirety on February 8th, 2021. The OG filename is a misspelling of "Jingling" as it is "Jinggling" for unknown reasons.

It is rumored that Rocky was left off the track because in the released version Tyler states "never wore Beats by Dre headphones to get a video made", which Rocky would do with the "RIOT (Rowdy Pipe'n)" music video just a few months after "WHAT A DAY" was released. Tyler comm tried to buy this song (and got scammed for it) a whopping three times.
